SLS · Nylon 12 — tolerances & design specs
Dimensional tolerance: ±0.3 mm (±0.012″) up to 100 mm, then ±0.3% of nominal length. Varies with part geometry, size & build orientation.
Minimum wall thickness: 1.0 mm recommended (0.8 mm absolute minimum).
Minimum feature / detail: ~0.8 mm; embossed/engraved text ≥ 1 mm wide, 0.5 mm deep.
Tight-tolerance fits: critical bores & mating faces can be machined or reamed as a secondary operation — just ask.
